SEYA AI Application and Website’s Terms & Conditions of Using Services
By accessing and making a purchase from SEYA AI, you acknowledge your agreement with and commitment to the terms outlined in this document. These conditions apply to the website, mobile application, and all forms of communication, including email, between you and SEYA AI Platforms.
SEYA AI and its team will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss resulting from the use or inability to use the materials on this site. This remains applicable even if SEYA AI or an authorized representative has been informed of the potential for such damages. Should your use of materials from this site necessitate repair, correction, or servicing of equipment or data, the associated costs will be your responsibility.
SEYA AI assumes no liability for outcomes resulting from your use of its resources. We retain the right to adjust pricing and revise the usage policies of our resources at any time.
SEYA AI provides you with a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app in accordance with these terms.

Your use of external websites is governed by their respective terms and policies and such websites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. SEYA AI uses cookies to enhance website functionality. While not essential but disabling cookies may impact certain features as you may be required to provide login details every time you try to enter the platform as we would not be able to remember the previous login. We never place Personally Identifiable Information in Cookies.
SEYA AI reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue temporarily or permanently the app or any aspect of its app or services at any time, without prior notice, it’s SEYA AI’s sole discretion. Updates may modify or remove certain functionalities, and SEYA AI is not obligated to provide continued support or specific features, your account details or any files or other materials which is contained in your account.
SEYA AI may periodically enhance or improve the app’s features and functionality through updates, including patches, bug fixes, and upgrades ("Updates"). These Updates may modify or remove certain features or functionalities. You acknowledge that SEYA AI is not obligated to (i) provide Updates or (ii) maintain any specific features or functionalities within the app.
Additionally, you agree that all Updates will be considered an essential part of the app and will be subject to the terms of this Agreement. We will post our Terms and Conditions, if any modification is made under the same page.
You acknowledge that SEYA AI is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, reliability, legality, copyright compliance, quality, or any other aspect. SEYA AI assumes no liability for any issues arising from these services.
Any Third-Party Services or links provided are for your convenience only. Your access and use of these services are entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions set by those third parties.
This agreement remains effective until terminated by either you or SEYA AI. We may terminate access at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may terminate the agreement immediately if you violate any provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and remove any copies from your devices.
By deleting all the copies and the app and all thereof from your computer, you may also terminate this Agreement.
Termination of this Agreement does not restrict SEYA AI’s legal or equitable rights to seek remedies if you breach any of your obligations under this Agreement while it is in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEYA AI, along with its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties—whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, title, and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from business dealings, performance, usage, or trade practices.
SEYA AI makes no guarantees that the app will meet your expectations, produce specific results, be compatible with other software, systems, or services, function without interruptions, meet performance or reliability standards, or be free from errors or defects that can or will be corrected.
Furthermore, SEYA AI and its service providers do not make any representations or warranties regarding:

Regardless of any damages you may experience, the total liability of SEYA AI and its suppliers under this Agreement, and your sole remedy, shall be limited to the amount you actually paid for the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEYA AI and its suppliers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy arising from or related to the use or inability to use the app, third-party software, or third-party hardware used with the app, even if SEYA AI or its suppliers were informed of the possibility of such damages, and even if the remedy does not fulfill its essential purpose.
Certain states or jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, meaning that some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Any provision of this Agreement if found unenforceable or invalid, it shall be modified and interpreted in a way that best achieves its intended purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions shall continue to be fully effective and enforceable.
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by SEYA AI regarding the Services, constitutes the complete agreement between you and SEYA AI concerning the Services. If a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision of this Agreement invalid, that invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force.
No waiver of any term in this Agreement shall be considered a continuing or additional waiver of that term or any other provision. SEYA AI’s failure to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
THIS AGREEMENT STATS ANY LEGAL CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE THE CLAIM FIRST AROSE. OTHERWISE, IT WILL BE PERMANENTLY BARRED, AGREED BY YOU AND SEYA AI.
Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, the failure to enforce a right or require fulfillment of an obligation does not prevent a party from enforcing that right or requiring fulfillment at a later time. Additionally, waiving a violation does not imply waiving any future violations.
Neither a delay nor failure by either party to exercise any right or authority under this Agreement shall be considered a waiver of that right or authority. Similarly, a single or partial use of any right or authority does not restrict further use of that or any other right granted under this Agreement.
If there is a discrepancy between this Agreement and any applicable purchase terms or other conditions, the terms of this Agreement shall take precedence.
Failure to enforce any term of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of rights.
We may modify these terms at our discretion and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms which can be checked by you under the Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and SEYA AI SOLUTIONS.
Additional terms and conditions may apply when you use or purchase other services offered by SEYA AI.
The SEYA AI app, including all its content, features, and functionality—such as information, software, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, as well as its design, selection, and arrangement—is the exclusive property of SEYA AI, its licensors, or other content providers. It is safeguarded by trademark laws, intellectual property regulations, and other applicable proprietary rights under the relevant jurisdiction.
Unless expressly permitted by these Terms & Conditions or with prior written authorization from SEYA AI, the material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed, in whole or in part, in any manner. Any unauthorized use of this material is strictly prohibited.
If you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data, or proposals—including concepts for new or improved products, services, features, technologies, or promotions—you explicitly agree that such submissions will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. These submissions will become the exclusive property of SEYA AI without any obligation to provide you with compensation or credit.
SEYA AI and its affiliates will have no responsibilities regarding these submissions and may use the ideas they contain for any purpose, in any medium, indefinitely. This includes, but is not limited to, the development, production, and marketing of products and services based on these ideas.
The inputs provided by you/user in terms of but not limited to images, documents, PDFs, text, words, chats or in any form to the chat bot assistant is solely your decision to share. If you are not comfortable or have any kind of issue, please do not share the same and also do not use the chat bot assistant/s and their services.
We do not store the chat history of any conversation either from the home page chat bot or from the assistant’s category chat bot assistant. While the conversation will be erased automatically when you leave the chat bot assistant. The saved history of the conversation is stored by you only with your permission asked during the leaving of the assistant, if you agree to save the chat while exiting the chat bot assistant then only the conversation will get saved. This saved history will remain only visible to you for the period of 7 days and will be available under history tab for 7 days after that the same will be erased from the system automatically and you will not be able to see the same.
The conversation of the user with any chat bot assistant or the saved chat history by the user will not be visible or available to the SEYA AI App, to the SEYA AI relevant team member.
The Agreement to arbitrate section applies to all disputes, except those involving claims for injunctive or equitable relief related to the enforcement or validity of your or SEYA AI’s intellectual property rights.
The term “dispute” refers to any disagreement, claim, or controversy between you and SEYA AI regarding the Services or this Agreement, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, statute, regulation, ordinance, or any other legal or equitable grounds.
Notice of Dispute
If a dispute arises, either you or SEYA AI must provide the other with a Notice of Dispute— a written statement that includes the name, address, and contact details of the party issuing it, a description of the facts leading to the dispute, and the requested resolution.
You must send your Notice of Dispute via email to support@seyaai.com. SEYA AI will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail if an address is on record; otherwise, it will be sent to your email address.
Both parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent. If the dispute remains unresolved after this period, either party may initiate arbitration or can take more time decided mutually with a written confirmation to resolve the dispute.
All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, MP, India. SEYA AI is not responsible for legal costs incurred in any dispute.
SEYA AI may offer promotions which may or may not be the subject to additional terms. Users must review and comply with these terms to participate, if applicable.
SEYA AI may use standard analytical tools like, google play console, play store/ app store, IOS or other such tools to gather user engagement data, which helps improve the platform. This data is not used for targeted advertising and will be used for analytical part to check for the user interactions and behaviour.
If a product or service is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate details due to a typographical, system or device error, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for that product or service. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
If your payment has already been charged and the order is subsequently canceled, we will issue a refund to your credit card or other payment method for the full amount charged, In case if we miss such refund you have right to write us highlighting the same and then the payment made by you will be refunded to you shortly.
Please note any auxiliary detail may also have asked to you by the SEYA AI representative for the confirmation over mail.
SEYA AI operates and manages its services from its offices in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The Service is not intended for access or use in any jurisdiction where such access or use would violate applicable laws or regulations.
Individuals who choose to access SEYA AI’s Service from locations outside this jurisdiction do so voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any relevant local laws.
These Terms & Conditions (which include and incorporate the SEYA AI Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and SEYA AI regarding its subject matter, replacing any prior agreements or understandings. You are not permitted to alter or modify these terms. Section headings in this Agreement are provided for reference only and hold no legal significance.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. A waiver of any provision is valid only if in writing and signed by an authorized SEYA AI representative.
SEYA AI reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief without requiring a bond or surety in case of any breach or anticipated breach by you.
Users may delete their accounts through the mobile app, which will result in the permanent deletion of all associated data, including chat history and purchase records. By proceeding with account deletion, users acknowledge and agree that all personally identifiable information and usage data will be completely removed from our systems.
This process is irreversible, meaning once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and all related data will be permanently erased. Users are responsible for backing up any information they wish to keep before initiating deletion. Additionally, any purchases made within the app are final and non-refundable.
The AI assistant module in SEYA AI may features virtual entities that may be inspired by humans with keeping real world names however, these assistants are entirely fictional and powered by artificial intelligence. They do not represent, impersonate, or have any affiliation with real individuals, whether living or deceased. Any resemblance to actual persons is purely coincidental.
Additionally, SEYA AI includes data-based assistants designed to provide responses based on factual information and predefined knowledge bases. The SEYA AI assistants may be of the knowledge base taken from the Knowledge on any subject or subjects from the individuals want to share or create their knowledge base Chat bot assistants to the end user.
However, users should be aware that all virtual assistants within SEYA AI are intended solely for informational and entertainment purposes. Interactions with them should not be interpreted as endorsements, affiliations, or representations of any real individuals or entities.
Users are advised to engage with these AI-generated assistants responsibly, understanding that their responses are generated algorithmically and do not reflect personal opinions or real-world associations.
By contributing information, data, or content ("Knowledge") to create a Knowledge-Based Assistant ("Chat bot") on the SEYA AI platform, you ("Knowledge Provider") acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

The SEYA AI Service and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties or representations. SEYA AI functions as a distributor, not a publisher, of third-party content and does not exercise editorial control over such material. Accordingly, SEYA AI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information, from any source or of any content, services, or products accessible through the SEYA AI Service.
Furthermore, SEYA AI expressly disclaims all warranties and representations related to any content transmitted through the SEYA AI Service, any linked websites, or any products or any assistant, or any services offered in connection with the SEYA AI Services. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
No verbal or written advice or information provided by SEYA AI, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, or agents shall create any warranty. Additionally, price and availability details are subject to change without notice. SEYA AI does not guarantee that the SEYA AI Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from corruption, or operate in a timely manner.
